Project Executive

Responsibilities

• Liaise and coordinate with contractors and vendors for on-site works, ensuring timely completion according to project schedule.

• Monitor and track progress of all deliverables across various project stages.

• Conduct site inspections, recommending improvements to schedules and processes where necessary.

• Oversee quality checks and safety assessments, providing feedback on compliance and addressing irregularities.

• Prepare project status reports and update management through meetings and communication platforms.

• Collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams to identify repair and maintenance needs, proposing practical solutions.

• Work closely with Operations to ensure projects, repairs, and maintenance are completed within approved budget and timeline.

• Participate in the selection and appointment of contractors/vendors, assisting in negotiations of service terms and conditions.

• Support daily repair and maintenance activities for the Operations team.

Requirements

• Minimum NITEC qualification.

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience (experience in restaurant renovation project management is an advantage).

• Strong knowledge of construction, M&E works, procurement, and project-related activities such as design.

• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

• Independent, resourceful, and results-driven.

• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
