SALES SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team. This role ensures sales targets are met, motivates the team, monitors performance, and provides training and support to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of sales representatives
• Monitor individual and team performance against targets
• Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to sales staff
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated complaints
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on market trends

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
