Tiong Bahru Bakery began in 2012 in the heart of Tiong Bahru, and has since become a beloved Singapore institution — known for its warm service, craft baking, and neighbourhood charm. As we refresh our flagship on Eng Hoon Street and roll out bold new concepts across the island, we’re looking for talented people to lead our teams.

What You’ll Do:

Supervisor

• Lead shift teams in delivering excellent service, managing cash and inventory, and running daily operations
• Mentor baristas, front-of-house staff, and junior crew
• Ensure quality control and handle guest feedback

Assistant Restaurant Manager

• Support outlet management in all operational areas, from rostering and training to cost control
• Drive service excellence, training, and process improvements
• Own local initiatives and help roll out new menu items or promotions

Who You Are:

• For Supervisor: 1–2 years in a café or bakery environment, strong leadership and cash handling skills
• For ARM: 2–4 years’ experience leading service teams, with cost-control and training exposure
