WAITER / WAITRESS

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and escort customers to their tables
• Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
• Take food and drinks orders, using a POS ordering software, order slips
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Serve food and drink orders
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanlines
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Deliver checks and collect bill payments
• Collect plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning

Job Requirements

• Able to converse in English & Mandarin
• 6 days work week, 10 hours per day
• May be required to work on PH and weekends
