My relative Bought a treadmill from this chain once, they delivered rocks. Contacted their staff but they refused to refund it. Will never buy anything from thia store again. Beware

Staff totally Shown no interest in any walk in business but highly focus doing his gym using the equipments providing in the store instead. What an good idea to get paid for free workout!

Lousy upper management is the main point! With a good management the reviews for all shops will not be tat LOUSY! BAD EXPERIENCE!

Walked into plaza sing store, staff just continued eating with no response. Stood there browsing for a good 10 minutes. Decided to leave after that while staff was busy doing his own things. Give up.

Bought EZtone desk treadmill from AIBI for $1200 , after being sparingly used by one person for walking the machine crashed and the service centre charged me $600 to repair and change parts. Lousy Low quality machine thats Not worth the investment at all.

Really badly organised moving service. I paid $350 for them to move my gym equipment to my new house. On the day I got a call from the worker saying that there was no delivery destination and I need to call their office staff, and it turned out the office staff forgot to key in my address. Then when the movers came, they said their van doesn't have enough space to take my items so we'll have to change to a different day. I booked this several days ago and I'm really disappointed.

I have to write this review after 2 very bad experiences with expensive items I bought from AIBI. No communication, don’t stick to delivery dates, delivered wrong items, can’t give an estimate when to expect an item etc etc. I had all of this and the service was just terrible to say the least. If you want to save yourself some hassle and headache, buy the item somewhere else
