Over past few weeks of online reviews for a FF camera, hands on still the best so I went to the store. I recommend Alan who was serving at that time with excellent experience and knowledge, he did not up sell anything and gave good feedback based on my usage. It was a joy chatting and analyze their perspective which allow me to make a good decision. Will recommend this store professional, their price and after services.

Great shop. They have everything for you video and photography needs. Came to buy the Insta360 X2 bundle and had a great deal. All in complete set. Friendly and helpful staff too. Thank you for having a great experience buying with you. 5 stars for this. Highly recommended.

Happy! I needed to find me a Travel Sized Lense that is not a Nifty Fifty nor a 35mm, I found Alan via net. He told me get this SONY FE 40mm F/2.5G, but come to the store 1 May as we have promotions, cheaper 😏 I arrived, he explained me the pro cons and even cleaned my camera, took his time even though being very busy. I have been to a myriad of stores in Singapore. I found Serendipity. Friendly Experts not wanting to sell you the most expensive, instead what you need depending on your Expertise. Bally Photo Electronics comes highly recommended and is by far cheaper than most and definitely Sony Store 😏❤️🔆 —- I am since than, walking home 3,5km and stopping at every corner making photos —- Truely Happy 😃

The store is a one-stop shop for all your photographic equipment needs, carrying a wide line-up of products and accessories from many brands. I was impressed to know what is available in stock when I came to visit the store for the first time. On top of that, they are very accommodating and quite knowledgeable. I have to mention and commend the seller who attended to me when I came to purchase a lens. I had trouble with my mode of payment and Alan waited for me to sort out my finances without making me feel uncomfortable. This store will definitely be my first choice when I need something in the future.
