She was incredibly friendly, patient, and accommodating—and to my surprise, she even remembered the specific designs I had been looking at a few days earlier. I was there with my sister to shop and went to this Optical shop Bolon , the staff Lily and all the staff are service excellence, helping to do change nose bridge studs free for my sister's glasses and clean my sunglasses even though I didn't buy anything from them at all...well definitely come back to get something from the shop . Thumbs up for the great extended service given...worth more than 5 stars!

Went down to Plaza Singapura to get eyeglasses and their frames designs are all very nice. Jimmy was very nice to help me choose my frame and did my eye test. The whole procedure was very fast and the service is immaculate. Will definitely come again for glasses

The CS at PS is exceptional. My second time here for my 2nd spec. This time brought my mom along n she got for herself one too. Was assisted by Jimmy n like the way he addressed our questions/queries n patiently showed us the spec one after another and explained the design etc. No rush, no force just patience till we decide on our pair of specs. I think bcoz of that, I will still come back here if I need another pair. =) Thank you~

I’ve always trusted Bolon for quality and style, and this recent visit to the Plaza Singapura outlet just reinforced why it’s my go-to brand. I dropped by for some maintenance on my glasses and was met with exceptional service from Lily, who treated us with such warmth and professionalism — even though we weren’t there to make a new purchase. She made us feel valued and took the time to assist us thoroughly, with a smile throughout. Unfortunately, the male staff who initially helped us didn’t show the same level of service. He seemed unhappy when we mentioned we weren’t buying new specs, and without a word, left us to attend to another customer who was shopping. It was disappointing to see the contrast in attitude. Lily truly stood out with her kindness and dedication. I sincerely hope that Bolon recognizes staff like her, and that commissions or rewards are not solely based on sales — because she absolutely deserves recognition for her extraordinary service. Thanks again, Lily. You’ve made us even more loyal to the brand!

Accompanied my mum to get her a new pair of shades/glasses, and we being assisted by Amos. He was incredibly patient with us, taking the time to guide us through the different lens options and explaining everything clearly. We were completely clueless and asked a lot of questions and suggestions but Amos never rushed us and made sure we understood all our choices. Thanks to his guidance, my mum was comfortable and happily made her purchase. He even offered to clean my mum reading glass which was not a purchase from their shop! My mum especially appreciated his thorough explanations and calm demeanor—it’s rare to find such patience and excellent service these days! It feels good that I recommended her here and she was happy with the service and looking forward to receive her new transition shade
