visited boost at around 1240pm on 20/09 and the overall experience was just terrible. the workers there were laughing and talking amongst themselves. i had to wait for about 10 minutes for one drink…. the drink was also quite bad when i received it cause the ice wasn’t blended properly as the worker making my drink left halfway while blending my drink. i ordered a soraya’s favorite but the drink tasted more sour than usual and was diluted as well.

vibes of the staff were okay.. but this drink has to be one of the worst out of all boosts ive been too... the problem i have is that the blender was not cleaned before my drink was made, so ngl im pretty sure there was cross contamination and i could taste vegetable bits from previous orders in my drink. futhermore, there was like 1/3 drink and 2/3 ice only.. usually boost drinks wld get icy at the end but i could barely drink anything and had trouble even sucking up any liquid from the drink. please spend your $ on another outlet instead...

came at 6pm to redeem the 2 drinks for $9.9 bundle. this girl wearing specs looked at the promotion i showed her and mouthed to me (softly) to wait for her manager to come back. She literally did not even speak and i had to ask her “so wait for your manager?”. We waited for 18 minutes and we noticed the manager came back but she did not even inform her manager that we asked about the promotion, and didnt even try prompt us that her manager was back. We showed the manager the promotion and he gave a glance and immediately keyed in our order. So the whole time, THE PROMOTION WAS IN THE POS SYSTEM AND SHE DIDNT TRY TO LOOK FOR IT? Bad service please time is money. Why do people who have no customer service even bother to work in service industries…. Also the kiosk doesnt even have the discounts so what is it for…

it’s 8.25pm. there’s at least 4 people waiting for drinks while the manager just continues cleaning the water dispenser without helping the other staff (pretty sure it’s a new staff) to make the drinks. shouldn’t you prioritise satisfying your orders first? it’s only 8.30, i dont think it’s necessary to prioritise washing the dispenser first. i have a friend who works at boost and they said the cleaning time is at 10. so why is the manager taking her own sweet time to wash the dispenser and letting her only staff do ALL the drinks? pity the new girl who seems to be struggling. i dont think this is the standard of a manager. how can u see a long queue and not feel like helping at all??

Drinks were always great and enjoyable
But today service was rather bad. Staff
Was busy and overwhelmed likely working alone at lunch time
But even so, for retail service, basic smile and courtesy should still be observed
