Wow Jeni is really really good. Fast, efficient and because she is fast, pain is kept to a minimum. At the end of it all she also iced my face so the pores are closed and the skin is soothed. Something others have never done before. This is my first reveiw after more than 10 years with them. Not that the others were not good, it’s just Jeni really brought it to another level. Thank you!

Eyebrow shaping and tinting with Bebe. My first time here. I was greeted with warmth and the offer of delicious lemon and honey tea. Bebe then consulted me on what I wanted and I then had the most relaxing eyebrow grooming and tinting ever. Beautifully gentle, and precise with gorgeous results. I’m very happy and will be back to try other services too!

I had therapist Jeni for my threading session. She has been very gentle and kept checking in with me if I was handling well. She is very friendly and would recommend her highly to anyone.

Did threading with a stylist called H. She was pretty curt and rude in her tone when asking me to enter the styling area, which was unpleasant but it's alright because it's probably peak period and she's rushing. However, she was so forceful and rushed during the threading process that the thread snapped three times in 5 minutes. It was super painful and uncomfortable. It was also the first time in my threading experience where a stylist can snap the thread so many times within one session. I understand that it was probably peak period and the stylist is trying to get as many people as possible but I would much rather not have someone forcefully rip the hairs off my face. Paid a premium because Browhaus prides itself on sanitation, having a gentler patented thread and good threading skills. However, the experience was so uncomfortable and probably the worst experience i've ever had at a threading salon. That said, it was also my first unpleasant threading experience with Browhaus as their other outlets are much better.

Me and a friend's first time experience with eyebrow threading here was soured by their counter sales guy who tried to push a $300 package deal down my throat the minute I made my payment. Face turned to stone when I said I'll think about it and come back if I want it. Clearly all they care about is bottom line dollar and don't even bother getting staff who actually know how to treat customers with tact and empathy. Otherwise, our experience with Ms Bebe was great and she was very patient, gentle and excellent in her service.
