Good healthy meal. We had the 3 set meal (1 hot main, 2 cold sides). You can pick a soup (miso or carrot cumin) I recommend the carrot cumin one. Had to wait a 15min queue on a Saturday at 3pm.

Food still tastes as good especially the 16 grain rice. Queue wasn’t as long on weekdays evening, queued for around 20 mins before we get a seat. But after heading in, there’s another long queue to order food which I find quite sian. Expected the staff to be friendlier or patience. The serving staff at deli side was annoyed when I tried to order the onsen egg as part of the cold deli since it was placed in the cold deli display shelf. Was quite disappointed with her response and expression. Cashier staff wasn’t friendly too.. went to ask for additional set of cutleries but was coldly asked to get from the right side but there isn’t any?? Thank goodness for the cleaning staff who help me to get it. To be fair, the male staff maintaining the queue at the front is pretty kind. Thankful for his thoughtful gesture too. High chair available for toddlers but not cutleries. Used to, but now no longer one of my first few choice to go to when I go Plaza Singapura.

The whole store has great ambiance. Very well done up, well set up and good products. The café has great flavors and many Japanese snacks to pick up too.

Really enjoyed eating here. Hot and cool deli both are perfect. I’m not a light eater but 3 deli set is really can make you full. Very recommended for cumin carrot soup. In my opinion, Smoked duck, roasted peach & red apple salad is not worth the price. They only gave 2 slices of duck per serving. Pasta and truffle mushroom is not really my taste either. If you want to make it worth the price, I recommend you choosing Prawn salad. As for hot deli, I had a Sakura chicken. That is really nice. The matcha drink is not worth the price. The name is latte but there’s no milk taste inside. It’s just matcha with water. Not very sweet

Struggled between giving a 3 or 4 star at this outlet, don't let the rating mislead you. The quality of food here is excellent and you probably can't go wrong with any of the selections. It's the level of service (or lack thereof) especially during peak hours. The staff don't seem to be aware of peak periods and the queue for just ordering the food took us 30 mins on an arguably slow Sunday.
