A shell out basically.. and we enjoyed it thoroughly.
Lets us dive in straight!
Food:
It was yummy! There are lots of clams and mussels. The sauce was nice with a nice touch of various tastes.
Service:
Food arrived rather fast, unlike other shell out places we been to.. Staff was also on smile mode through out our patronage. Although the price is slightly higher compared to normal food, but its rather worth it.
Atmosphere:
Located right beside an open area, this place feels much brighter and doesnt feel stuffy.
All in all, we definitely recommend for all to pop over and have a great time with friends/families.
Side note to the restaurant: it would be better if the hammer/mallet is not used, as the splatter is not worth it. Its best to keep it local, on the table.

Had an extremely awful experience at COW. Dont be fooled by the reviews, I had high expectations and wanted to surprise my mom with something delicious, but we were left feeling disappointed. I went to 3-4 seafood boil outlets across sg and none of them reflected such bad standards :(
Service was okay but the main problem lies in the food. We created our own bucket ($144), with one crab, one lobster, some prawns and corns. Nothing was considered exceptional or delicious here. I dont think the seafood was that fresh or anything was worth > $60. The lobster ($66) was TOUGH and hard to chew, with zero lobster sweetness. The crab didnt taste fresh either but it was still better than the lobster. The prawns were considered the freshest out of everything there. Corns were tough and did not taste sweet at all. As for the sauce, we got salted egg yolk (as kindly recommended by the staff there) which was also disappointing. The sauce was bland and diluted, didnt marinate into the seafood at all. However, it was worth noting how the chef actually tried to elevate the experience by giving us a thicker salted egg yolk gravy and some salt to work with. The wooden tool used to deshell the seafood was practically useless, we had so much trouble breaking apart the shells even when we exerted a ton amount of force and the sauce was splashing everywhere. We noticed this same set of struggle across different table as well. All in all, my mom and i was extremely disappointed with the food quality here. Expensive, bland and poor quality.

It was enjoyable. I came with friends. I got a free root beer float. We got the herb and butter Poseidon bucket with an extra cajun sauce. Server was very nice but didn’t give us a crab shell breaker tool until we were almost done with our meal (initially only gave a wooden hammer).

Ordered fish and chips and soft shell crab platter. Crab is not fresh, batter is too thick and tough. Worst soft shell crab of my life.
Fish is frozen supermarket type. Slider buns are dense and tough. Portions very small except for the aglio olio which taste worse than those from foodcourts.
Extremely hefty price tag. I left a huge portion behind. To be fair, I did not order their signature seafood bucket but with this standard of their platters, I have no faith in other items either. Will never return. Utter disappointment.

Absolutely loved this place! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Everything was well-kept and thoughtfully arranged, and the service was excellent throughout. You can tell a lot of care goes into making the experience pleasant for every guest. Highly recommend if you're looking for a spot that’s both relaxing and memorable. Will definitely be coming back!
