Really only nice things to say about the employees very polite especially the staff called xian tai I came into C&K on Christmas because my C&K bag zip got stuck on a piece of ribbon The male staff xian tai immediately came forward and helped me with getting the zipper unstuck in a prompt manner even though I wasn’t purchasing anything I really appreciate the help He was very polite throughout it and I can see that he really put effort into this If you are reading this Thank you 🙇‍♀️

Needed assistance for flats but got ignored and treated like a burden because I was in a wheelchair. They greeted everyone except me. Glad to have left and went to Spur instead. Better service and left there with 3 pairs of shoes.

Service very bad, especially the malay male staff. I don't like him. He talked very arrogant when i used my husband credit card. And said his former job was banker. LMAO who cares. I come to buy the product, not thief in the shop. I have no idea why cnk hired this person. No wonder this outlet is less crowded compared to other Charles&keith outlet. They hired a wrong person. i Pedro has very excellent service. But if you still want to buy charles keith better go to other outlet like wisma or ion. Never buy at plaza sing outlet! VERY BAD!!!they treat you like a thieves.
