First time trying Dorra, they have an attractive new comers package and the treatments are effective. Results can be seen immediately. My consultant, Christine was very helpful throughout the consultation and allowed me to feel comfortable and assured that she wasn’t just hard selling (which I really hate). Her genuine concern was comforting and she ensured that my treatments were done well. Definitely recommend her, super friendly as well ☺️

I just had my first session today with Yeen at Plaza Singapura and I’m beyond impressed! Yeen was incredibly sweet and professional — she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the entire session. I already noticed a difference in measurements and I couldn’t be happier! Can’t wait for my next appointment next week. Also, all the girls there are super friendly and welcoming!

26 Oct 2024 – Visited Jenny, who was introduced to me as the dietitian, at Dorra Slimming Plaza Singapura to request a transfer of my remaining treatment sessions to the Kovan outlet due to my past negative experience with their service. I signed the necessary forms for the transfer and was told that someone would contact me once the package was transferred.
23 Mar 2025 – It has been five months, and I have yet to hear from them. I called the Kovan outlet and was informed that my package has still not been transferred.
I am very disappointed with their overall service, especially at the Plaza Singapura outlet. I expected a smooth transfer process, but this delay and lack of follow-up have only added to my frustration. I hope the management resolves this issue promptly and improves their service efficiency.
Update:
I had posted the above review on 24Mar25 & as at today, 30Mar25, I have yet to receive any update on my transfer of package to Kovan… sigh!!!

My therapist Eve at Plaza Singapura is very competent, funny and efficient. She brings joy to the treatment. The treatment is also effective. The ladies work together for better efficiency as well.

Just had my second session at dorra slimming and I was very impressed! They were very professional in handling the treatments, and my consultant Vicco was very helpful in explaining the effects and customising a meal plan based on my body type and blood type. Results were seen right after my stomach became smaller!
