Plaza Singapore The staff of this branch have a very bad attitude. They don't have a good attitude at all. They are not suitable to be waiters at all. They need to learn how to have a good attitude.

Had a wonderful experience with one of the lady staffs. Her recommendation is suitable for some of us. Though one cough powder is generally well tolerated by many but was not suitable, hence returned to change to a more tolerable one suited even for kids, unfortunately also more expensive. EYS should review her concoction, not too strong, especially with due consideration to customers’ health (like : with the 3 highs and the elderly). Be a respectable and responsible TCM enterprise. Yes, many are sceptical to TCM and their concerns are legitimate. TCM herbs can interact negatively with Western drugs. And some may cause stroke-like symptoms especially the multi-infarct syndrome which can go undetected. Need be conscious and can go for a pre-diagnosis with a physician that has chemistry at the EYS TCM Premier centre. But many times her own physicians do not recommend even their own ready-made off the counter. But the prescription from the Premier physician may not be suitable too. Can try but can also be complex (sometimes even western prescribed drugs may not be suited). There are no best of both worlds for the unhealthy. Keep Healthy! Be very conscious to watch for side-effects in both TCM and Western drugs. Even the western generics issued by the subsidised deemed identical, may not be the same as the originals. Indeed we do need good TCM physicians (just like with western doctors). Hunt for one that can have chemistry with. One who is a professor need not be the best unlike one who listens, has a passionate heart with compassion. Each staff displays very different customer service. This staff Ms Tan Yek Leng is very helpful and displays a pleasant disposition. She is a GEM. Outlet @ Plaza Singapura is also very conveniently located at Dhoby MRT : NEL and CCL. By far outlets @ Plaza Sing and Paragon are the goto(s).

Fantastic service by Yee Leng! She has fantastic product knowledge and gave me very relevant recommendations. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Also learnt that Eu Yang Sang provides home delivery with min. $250 spend in stores. Really glad for this service as I usually restock my chicken essence online since they are too heavy for me to lug them home!
