Went to this outlet at 1050am. Waited for the staff to get ready to take my order, I thought she didn't see me so I moved infront of the cookies that she was putting in, still didn't acknowledge me. So I called out, "hi are you open" despite the website says opening is at 1030am. Truly disappointed.

Wide variety of lovely cookies, if you like sweet treats and marshmallows try the smores one! The bigger cookies are more of a slightly chewy texture, while the smaller ones are crunchy. I personally prefer the small and crunchy ones, they’re very addictive and come in innovative flavours!

Grace was really nice and helpful to me! Giving me The extreme best service required and she was so polite! I got their promo and my birthday goodies too! So happy with this purchase 🥰🍪

Cookies the way I remembered them as a kid at Parkway Parade. My favourite is the raisin and cinnamon cookie. Staff here was fast, friendly and efficient. Didn’t quite like the new blue packaging though, it reminds me of a medical bag.

store manager cherry was very friendly and accommodating! tbh cookie quality has dropped abit, but with vouchers from Qoo10- $3.5/100g or 200g bday cookies, makes it worth it!

Purchased some cookies at Plaza Sing outlet and was served by Cherry. She shared with us the ongoing promotion and packed all our cookies efficiently. Overall a pleasant experience, and will definitely visit the store again!

rlly great service by grace! shes rlly friendly and sweet and i redeemed my birthday cookies! taste is super yummy as usual
