This is a great store! The employees are always kind and thoughtful! Games have great price and discounts sometimes. Have lot of accessories and if you become a member have constant discount! :)

Usually a GREAT store. But maybe it’s stock counting season, so the guy with black specs who was behind the cashier EXTRA upset.
From the time I called, to the time I stepped in, to the time I paid $340 for a Playstation Portal + accessories.
I don’t care about you all not being able to get the screen protector pasted. No big issue. I got it done myself.
I think his mood was like that even before I talked about the screen protector.
Maybe someone owes him money. Maybe he didn’t eat lunch. But WHATEVER the reason was, please don’t show it to your customers.
It was highly unprofessional. Please hide in the store or don’t do cashier on your down days. Everybody has their down days but none of customers’ business.
I walked into the store but I felt I owe him my life. Used to be my favourite store. I even bought black myth from them a few days ago.
I could’ve gone to another retailer nearer my house but I purposely made my way to Plaza Sing to head to their shop.

Bought this screen protector for my switch 2 this evening. When I ask them to paste it they give me reason like their aircon just changed and very dusty so they can’t do it in store . What kind of reason is that . Very bad service .. their stuff are also more expensive compared to Shopee

I had a fantastic experience with this store. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond by offering to pre-order a game that was sold out everywhere. Their response time was impressively fast when they notified me about the stock availability. To top it off, they provided a store discount without me having to ask. Highly recommend this place for their excellent service and customer care.

Had an enjoyable PS5 and games purchase experience with Zell and Yu Yan. They were very helpful and accomodating - especially Yu Yan who came over to help me with my stuffs when I was doing last bit of examine outside their store. Went home a very happy customer :)
