Decent movies theatre that carry the big name movies. Not a lot of people here even on a Friday night. The popcorn is movie theatre quality and not carnival quality ;)
The theatre itself is not very large. Decent size but nothing like the mega theatre in the west with screen so large you have no peripheral.

My hall (3) was bad during a late night showing of Sinners. The original seat I took (rear corner) had distracting emergency door sign lighting in my peripheral vision. I changed seat during the movie, but even then there was a square of light at the bottom left corner of the movie screen throughout the movie. This would've affected all viewers, and diminished the experience. Also, there is no toilet on the same level as the cinema hall unlike other cinemas (for example, some Shaw theatres). Buying a ticket is also deeply impersonal because you do it on a machine. You come all the way there just to deal with a machine. All in all, bad experience, won't patronise again, probably.

Cinema: okay, seat comfortable enough, clean enough, sound is great, everything to standard
Ticketing and staff: nothing sparkling
Staff is not informative. We asked about the show timing, he showed us a screen full of everything and every show we had to wince and look for the title.
Gate only open right at the time, had to wait outside.

Have been watching movies at Golden Village Plaza Singapura since I was a kid, and decades later I am still enjoying movies here! 🎥 The staff are always cheerful and friendly. Shoutout to the cleaners also who work so hard after every show, let’s make things easier for them by binning our own rubbish. The pictures and audio in each cinema are great too. Always a wonderful experience, thanks! 🙏🏻

had a movie at hall 4, the picture quality is so bad it's embarrassing. horrendous low brightness and really bad black level, overall terrible contrast and visibility, like an 8-year-old TV. it feels like reading a book in a room without lights at sunset hour - it is pure torture. if i had come alone, i would've walked out within the first 5 minutes. maybe this is their intended standard and quality? LOL.

Recently GV Cinema has a very bad performance. This movie is played really blur, while another movie was played really dark. Please train the staff how to handle the machine promptly

The staff at this food stall lacks basic customer service protocol. When my child accidentally dropped his cold drink we were told to purchase a new one instead of being offered a replacement, which is common practice at most places

Came here to watch Gundam GQuuuuuuX but spoilt by crazy people who shout & scream everytime Gundam appears. Its ok to be a fan but this obsessive disruptive behaviour is too much to bear!

We recently visited Golden Village at Plaza Singapura to watch Hello Love Again. Our ticket was for 7 PM, and while waiting, I grabbed some snacks and drinks as usual. After 7 PM, they let us in, and the experience was nice overall. However, there wasn’t anything particularly special about this movie theater it was just okay. A decent choice for a casual movie night.

NO more watching again at GV Plaza Singapura. Terrible experience 2nd time.
Jurassic World - Rebirth / Cinema room no 6 watching screen is blurry vision, small screen, seat number J7 is tear and damaged conditions. The seats are very tide and close.
