I am extremely disappointed by the service here. I went to buy an phone, the version of which we wanted they did not have. I was going to try elsewhere but the Manager told me that he had a very reasonably priced, much older model phone available with the memory size we wanted. As it was for a child I was happy with the older model and much better price. I was then offered additional charger or power brick to which I said no. I was then told that they were 'free' or 'included in the cost'. Initially I said no as I did not want or need anything extra. I was again told it was included in the cost. I eventually said yes just to get the process moving as it was taking a long time and I was in a hurry. We then added apple care etc etc and finally by the time it was sorted (new staff member so process took a while) I just paid and left as was late to pick up kids. At home I took a look at the receipt and found that I was actually charged for the power bank - another $100 plus. I went back and asked for a refund, and it was explained to me that the price was not actually what I was told but $100 more so included the power bank. I tried to explain that I did not want the power bank and that I only said yes as it was pushed to me that it was included. Long story short they would not refund - only offered to change it to something else. The person in store strenuously denied the original price and said it was always the higher price. The manager was not available - who had given me the original price so had no way of sorting it at the time. So this was either outright lying to get rid of old stock or deceitfully upselling to give them the benefit of the doubt. Definitely would not use them. Go elsewhere.

We purchased an iPhone 16 case, which developed a defect in under three weeks — the camera lens stand detached unexpectedly.
Understanding that defects can happen, we were comforted by the manufacturer’s one-year warranty on this product, as stated on their official site. Since we couldn’t locate the distributor’s address, we returned to your store to seek assistance. Unfortunately, we were met with dismissive and unhelpful service from your staff, the same salesperson who had assisted us during the purchase. Despite clearly explaining that the product should be covered under warranty, he was unwilling to help or even investigate further. Instead, he insisted, without verification, that “no phone cases in-store have a warranty” and implied the damage is consumer’s fault.
Feeling frustrated, we requested him to provide us the distributor’s contact. Upon visiting the distributor, it was quickly confirmed that the product indeed carried a 1-year warranty, and we were given a 1-to-1 exchange. This resolution could have been achieved far more efficiently if we had received appropriate support from your team initially.
We trust that you take customer service seriously and hope this incident does not reflect iStudio’s standard.

Dishonest and unethical staff. There is a discount online and in store for iPhone 16 pro but the staff doesn’t want to sell the iPhone alone and insist that the iPhone is bundled together with the wall charger. Could have gotta the iPhone standalone with $65 discount but received $6 discount because the staff insist that they cannot separate the wall charger bundled together with the iPhone.
I went to a different istudio and was told that there is no such bundle but they would not refund the wall charger at their branch and that I have to return to the plaza sing outlet for refund.
Luckily the different istudio staff was nice enough to allow exchange for the wall charger to phone case since I already have a MagSafe charger at home and would need a new case for new phone.
Stay clear of the istudio in plaza sing guys because the sales staff are extremely pushy too. I declined 4-5 upsell and cross sell but still fall for the bundle trick :(

I had a very disappointing experience with this store. Back in February, I purchased an iPhone cable that came with a 1-year warranty. Unfortunately, the product became faulty in less than three months. When I returned to the store for a replacement, I was met with a very rude attitude from an older Chinese man wearing spectacles and with combed-back hair.
He informed me that there was no stock available and could not provide any indication of when it would be restocked. Instead of offering a solution, he dismissively told me to contact the manufacturer directly. This level of service is extremely unprofessional and unreliable. I will not be returning.
