The karaoke place at Plaza Singapura is a nice spot for parties. There are plenty of rooms, each with stylish futuristic decor and a good sound system. However, the lighting is a bit strange — after each song, it switches to a darker mode, while we actually preferred it to stay bright.
They have a large selection of songs, and the food is decent, though it’s served quite slowly. The air conditioning is extremely cold, making both me and the food freeze, and there’s no way to adjust it. Overall, it’s an okay experience, but you’ll definitely need to dress warmly, almost like you’re going into winter.

What really sets the place apart is the sound system ,crystal clear audio, powerful bass, and perfectly tuned mics that make every song sound amazing. They hv props for u to play with.. very decent and family karaoke style. The receptionist not friendly and had bad face. The service staff are more approachable and friendly to guide u on the system and direction. I didn’t order the foods. As we took our lunch bef gg to karaoke place. I wld recommend to provide one free drinks for customers

Went on a sunday and called beforehand to book a room. The person we talked to on the phone was nice and fast to process our request and helped us sort out all the details. The room we were given was clean and fun, it had a lot of features we could play with and a good sound system.
The staff there were all smiles and very nice. Would definitely recommend if you want to have a good time with your group of friends 👍🏻

The location was central and so convenient. The room catered to a large group, and we all came at different times, but were able to find our room easily.
So much song and laughter. It was only my second time going to karaoke (the first being in Suzhou, China, in 2017). This experience was very comparable. Their facilities were top notch. Their song choice was wide enough. I don’t know any Chinese songs, nor do I know much about pop, so their selection of 90s alternative music made me super happy.
All-in-all a great night. Not bad for someone who does not like hanging out with people in large groups (at least for now).

Zul and his team has very good service. When the mic and sound system is not working, he helped us and it instantly worked. Ambience is really good.
