Have heard good reviews about their products and went to get my skin tested. Was served by Bao. A patient and friendly guy. Felt at ease listening to his sharings and he knows a lot about kiehl's products and their suitablility for my skin. Good recommendations.

Excellent and professional service provided by Kar Ning. I initially tried Kiehls products after the pop up event at Vivo City, i was assisted by Kar Ning then and she was very knowlegable. She patiently explained to both me & my mum on what product was suitable for our skin types and recommended products based on our skin concerns. We went back today to look for her and she served us with the same enthusiasm. On a side note, i would really recommend Kiehls products as it really does work. With the right products, it does provide me & my mum glowy and radiant skin.

Wei Ling or Wai Ling (sorry if i got the spelling wrong) was very patient with my queries, she also explained in detail what my skin needs in regard to the results from the skin scanner. No harsh upselling, she really recommends what is suitable for my skin. She also taught me how to pair the products properly to maximize my routine. She is really knowledgeable and understands the products well. I learnt ALOT from my recent visit. Safe to say that the products she recommended have been beneficial to my skin and really level-up my routine. Love love love !!!
