Extremely slow customer service. I waited for 10 minutes to pay because the shop keeper keeps chit chating, eventually I gave up buying even though I'm a long time member.

Loveeee the shop, love their suplements, the staff is supeeer friendly, kind, and helpfull. The staff named Fey even help us to find bike shop, she is so kind. Definitely gonna come back here for sure.
