Went back to get my piercing checked since it won’t stop bleeding since it got got in my bath towel while drying my hair. Asked if it was normal since I got the piercing almost 10months ago. The lady doesn’t seem to know anything while I was telling her my situation and asking her what I should do. Just kep pushing me to just buy the cleaning spray. No help at all. Would not be coming back for anything piercing related. Very very disappointed 👎🏼

SHOUT-OUT TO FAFA!!! she said she was from Ion but she's here to cover. I'm sooooo thankful for her for my second lobe piercing. It was painless, fast and everything was done beautifully. I'd recommend her!!!!!!!! Thanks Fafa! You made my weekend and YOLO trip memorable lol

The staff in charge Fatini is very professional in piercing my third lobes. She ensures that I’m calm throughout the process and even gave me a high five after the piercing was completed. 👍🏻 with such an awesome service, I can always return and I trust and would recommend to look for her when you want to get your piercing. On top of that, the piercing choices are reasonable for the amount and very pretty 😍 got a couple of compliments from the studs I have chosen. Happy with the service and my piercing! Highly recommended!

It’s a lovely small store located on the B1 floor of the Plaza Singapura Mall that has majority all sorts of earrings, necklaces, hair accessories, hair extensions for kids, bracelets, etc. You can also book an appointment to pierce your ears as well. They’ve got gold, silver, and such and the prices are a bit pricier than some places but that’s also expected for location and products. The lady working there was quite friendly and very hospitable, and helpful.

Wanted to just give a shout out to farah who is so amazing. It was pretty late in the evening but she was still so cheerful and helpful. I wanted a particular pair of hoops which were hard to find. So she found me an alternative that was just as wonderful. She had to rummage through a whole lot of earrings and she picked one that she knew I would like! She's a gem. Mad props to Farah! Give her a pay raise!
