Was at Plaza Singapura M&S. Good customer service. Special mention - Rusna she is attentive, gave me advise and also recommended alternative choices when I realized the clothes were not fitting. She shared with me a promotion that helped me saved a bit of money. Even though I bought more that what I intended to buy, was happy with savings that come with the promotion. Always a pleasant experience shopping at PS. Thank u

Their pantry gets my vote. Always get all my biscuits, chocolates and sweets from here. Daughter drags me in, son piles it on. Husband swipes the card. It’s a conspiracy of the highest order to part away with some of my favourite hard earned cash

a nice outlet of marks and spencer that not only has beautiful clothes, but also an amazing array of snacks and food! there is even skincare and bathing suits available. this outlet is definitely a must visit if you're a marks and spencer fan!

Ohhh there’s a small M&S here in Plaza S. Yeah it’s tiny compared to the usual or others that’s I’ve seen. It has a food section with chilled / frozen stuff. The mens section or ‘’corner’ is ok. Just ok. Check out the photos for a better idea. Hope this helps.

The product range is not that good. I couldn't find what I want, and those that are in stock didn't have my size. Located in Plaza Singapore, one of the few Mark and Spencer outlets that still exists. My family have been fans of some of their products (toiletries and inner wears) but overtime, they keep changing them, mostly not to the better, and discontinue the products we like. This is not the fault of the branch, but mostly the fault of the brand. However, the variety and stock could be better. We are getting less and less purpose to visit the shops/brand.

My goodness! Been trying to contact plaza sg, Raffles Place stores and no one is picking up the phone. Called since branch opened and now and no staff in your store care to pick up the phone. Really horrendous!
