I came over her to buy stroller for my baby, found staff Ms Wen Mun and she greet me , she started to assist me, she was very helpful, very kind , she was willing to open all the stroller show and explained well about me the functions of each n found one with suitable for my budget, she did a fantastic and excellent job.

🟧 Mothercare shop is a British-based retailer that specialises in products for expectant mothers and in general merchandise for children up to 8 years of age.
🔷️ Was browsing through the kids' clothes on sale and find the designs to be lovely. The material and texture of the clothing was also of good quality.

Very strange shop, no service, 2 or 3 cashiers just chit chat sth and laugh loudly, even customer need assistant, there's no concern received. The transaction process is not smooth, one cashier is blur and another cashier is overreacted emotionally. Anyway, just bought gift for friend and moved. Overall, it is an uncomfortable shopping experience.

Nice little store for baby shopping. Came here to shop for a baby crib. Although we couldn’t find the exact baby crib we were looking for, Wen Mun, one of the staff member made it a great experience . She showed absolute patience, and genuine willingness to assist us right from the moment we walked in. She went above and beyond, answering all our questions.

Service is absolutely incredulous and disappointing!
I had enquired with 2 separate staff at the Chicco store whether the Chicco baby mobile was compatible with the Chicco Next2me forever cot, which I already had at home.
Both affirmed that it was indeed compatible, but could not provide demonstration since products were sealed in boxes. This is reasonable, but they could not provide additional assurance.
When I got home and tried to install it, I found it was not compatible at all - utter waste of money! Now the box has been opened and can't be returned.
While the staff are approachable, they should check on the products' suitability before offering a reply. Hope Chicco isn't trying to make a quick buck and profit off incomplete information.
That would be incredibly disingenuous for a company that literally espouses "We at Chicco try to make this fantastic adventure a little smoother by listening to the needs of parents and parents- to-be."
