I wanted to trade in my Osim massage chair which I had it for 5 years and they cannot replace because there is no part anymore. I found Osim staff was not helpful and not a good promotion for trade in. I decided to try new massage chair and design of massage chair of Ogawa catches me! Contacted them and Cat immediately send catalog by WhatsApp’s, then came down to plaza Singapour next day. Cat really explain well all the functions and comparing products, so I purchased right that day! Really helpful staff and much advance technology product! Thanks for good recommendation!

Upgraded and loving every minute! Just traded in our old Ogawa for the newer model and WOW - what a difference! The 4D massage technology is incredible - you can really feel the depth and precision compared to our previous chair. But honestly the waves music feature is what's blown me away. It's so relaxing and perfectly synced with the 4D massage rhythms. Makes each session feel like a mini vacation at the spa. The sound quality is crystal clear and the nature sounds really help me unwind after stressful days. Trading up was definitely the right call - this new model with 4D massage plus the immersive audio experience makes it feel like a complete wellness retreat in my living room. The combination of that advanced 4D technology and waves music is pure bliss. Couldn't be happier with the upgrade!

Happy to find a suitable massage chair at Ogawa Plaza Singapura outlet. The staff (Jason) took time to address our queries and explained the features of the various models. Glad we settled with our preferred choice.

I am really impressed with Ogawa Master Drive Posh and Aries who serves my wife and I really patient we tried 3 different models of the AI Chair. The master drive posh really suit both me and my wife is not to hush on my wife like a human massage therapist is doing for us. Jeffrey assisted with us a lot too. Thank their professional assistant and knowledge and good deal really appreciate.
