Good service, reliable, professional, great product range of high quality frame and spectacles lenses. Highly recommended. For high myopia and high astigmatism it's very affordable and cheap as they charge standard price (frame only and nothing else). Other shops easily quote $600-900.

The eyewear salesperson Juno Song was so nice and friendly and helpful. 1000/10 service quality to be honest like holyyyy crap she is the best retail worker I have ever encountered in my 21 years of life on gods green earth. Thanks to Wilson and his team, my initial impression of Owndays was much better than expected. They were proactive, reaching out shortly after I began browsing to inquire about my preferences and offer immediate assistance.

Excellent service and product 💯
Went on 5 Oct afternoon to the PS branch and was greeted by the friendly service team. Decided to purchase 2 spectacles and the whole process from fitting to collecting was done less than an hour!
Also realised after leaving the branch that they helped to clean my previous spectacles and change the nose-pads, (without me asking and knowing) all within 5 minutes while I was fitting my new spectacles. Very pleasantly surprised by the complementary service.

the overweight female staff was pretty bitchy when I did my eye test the other day (never done one before so I was kinda blur) and she seemed to have no patience to just get it over and done with so she could go back to yapping with her colleagues since there weren't many customers during lunch hour. LENSKART staff more friendly and patient! ***cheaper too***
