Was here to shop for a Mother’s Day gift today and was attended to by Nurnarisa. Just wanted to commend her on her excellent service. She was welcoming and so patient in showing me the charms I wanted and when trying on different sizes of bracelets as I couldn’t make up my mind. Her colleague Nana also attended to me with a smile and carefully wrapped up the gift for me in their gift box. Great staff attitude and service!

we came in near closing, but jovianne was super understanding and helpful with our first-timer bracelet and charm shopping — even as we were there past closing time ! our experience was a quick and easy endeavour, many thanks to jovianne and techy for their patience and kindness !

Agree with the poor service and the attitude of the sales staff.. The sales staff can ignore the customer infront of her and continue with her paperwork. Don’t even deserve a star.

I came here because the bracelet I bought at another store was faulty and they told me to go here and exchange it. The two ladies there provided very friendly service and I was able to exchange the bracelet successfully. Thank you so much.
