If I have a choice to rate the digital payment system and the online shopping experience for loyal customers of pet lover, I would not have given any stars at all.
Management of pet lover please do something about your payment system and upgrade membership portal for ease of payment.
Your retail staff saved the day. Lim Au Nan and Jasmine and Elena were patiently handling the many customers flow, cleaning up the place and helping me with a warehouse order bec the shop didn’t carry the variety of pet food that I wanted. The login to your membership app was a disaster. Please do something about it.
Your three staff needs special mention bec they were patient, friendly and calm under pressure. In fact many of your staff in the BBC various outlets have displayed exemplary customer service. Keep up the good work and please reward them. Thank you.

A trainee staff was very patient with my requests on dog food and which dog toys were on discount and I was able to get the things I needed fast and efficiently and had a pretty good experience due to the friendly lady

Went to the store on 5th of Feb to do an exchange of my dog food to a smaller bite size after buying the wrong one, same brand and flavour.
It was bought from another outlet. We already threw away the receipt but we had a digital copy of it. No matter what, the PCC and supervisor refused to provide a customer service and process the exchange for us.
We left the store disappointed and headed to our next location at Nex. The young lady “Ann” and her colleague at lv2 were excellent! Without even needing to “seek” approval from the supervisor like what the PCC at Plaza Singapore did, they process the exchange for us without question.
This is what we call “customer service”. The whole team at Plaza Singapore needs to be demoted and work under Ann and learn proper customer service. Plaza Singapura team is just lazy.

Bought a dog toy, my cavapoo (3.5kg) chewed and broke the hardened ball on the same day. Not sure if she had swallowed any residual. Raised QC concern to PLC, response pointed to no toy is indestructible and supervision is needed. I agree with the explanation but I am of the view that this cannot be the case when it is a small dog having the toy for less than probably 15 minutes. Caution if you want to buy the same type of toy; I will refrain myself from buying from PLC. One star is minimal and probably deserving given PLC responded within next working day.

We visited PLC at Plaza Sing to find out the different kind of dried kibbles and frozen food for our 5 month old puppy. Ms. Shirley, the Pet Care Consultant on duty, was very patient and took time to explain the pros and cons of the different food. She was also generous with her advise and is very knowledgeable with the products and what to look out for when caring for our puppy.

Very low supply of frozen food. I was there to buy petcubes for my dog, however there were only 2 boxes of kangeroo meat available. Will not recommend if you are here for this purpose as this is a very small shop and does not stock much (there were plenty of space in the fridge though).
