I had an amazing experience at Pure Salon! The staff was welcoming and professional, and they really paid attention to what I wanted. I went for a haircut and a scalp treatment, and I was super impressed with the results. The place is clean, organized, and has a relaxing vibe. I went there on 10/01/24 and asked them for curl. She suggested to go for soft rebonding and C curl and said S curl will not be suitable. After the service I was not satisfied as couldn’t see any curl so I told her and she left we there on the chair and started working on another client. The salon lady was not ready to listen at all and charged me for rebonding and C curl after the wash I can’t see and curl so I tried to reach customer care but they also didn’t help. Very bad service and when I requested for money back they did not respond☹️
