Staff Alvin is patient and very friendly to me and my wife. Gave us a lot of options to try out and we found one mattress we liked. We decided to go for a walk and come back to see if we liked it, we ended up purchasing from him. He was not pushy and gave proper explanation on the product. Very experienced salesperson and the Sealy team at plaza singapura was warm and welcoming too!

My very first reclining bed. Have been to many boutiques of other manufacturers and also Sealy stores, was not able to finalize my decision between foam and spring. Alvin Poh who attended to me was able to explain to me the pros and cons of each and competition brand against Sealy. He was knowledgeable and able to answer my concerns and queries. I left the shop to have coffee and rethink and finally convince myself after revisiting the store and close the deal with Alvin Poh. The whole process was smooth and I strongly believe I had made a right choice for my future sleeping comforts.

At first I was intimidated to enter the shop because it looked so posh and exclusive but Jessie help make us feel comfortable. As first time shoppers of beds we did not know where to begin. Jessie helped us understand the different types of mattresses and the technology behind them. Overall it was a very positive experience.

Barbara from Plaza Sing outlet provided an absolutely stellar customer experience when we purchased our Sealy bed. We had visited several other outlets and did other brand comparisons before coming here, but none of them came close to the level of care and attention Barbara gave us. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable but also truly passionate about helping us find the right bed. What stood out the most was her exceptional customer service. She patiently answered all our questions, offered thoughtful comparisons between options, and never made us feel rushed. Barbara’s warm and genuine approach made it so easy to trust her advice. We were also impressed by how effortlessly she guided us through the decision-making process. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. Barbara mentioned she’ll be moving to the IMM branch soon, and we’ll definitely follow her there for any future purchases. Great experience browsing at Sealy Plaza Singapura. Staffs, Alvin and Jessie were knowledgeable and ever willing to cater to our mattress needs. Ended up with a great purchase that would surely serve us for many years
