Went to Plaza Sing outlet. One of the staff (short, long curly hair, thick make-up) has very bad attitude, show black face throughout, rude and lousy service. Will not go back to the shop if she's still there. Still gave 1 star cos I like the clothes there.

One month expiry of store credits is really too short. I don’t understand why it forces customers to use up the store credits in such a short time when the money is already transferred.

Had been patronized them for many years. Liked their dresses cos can fit me very well, as I am very skinny, when i buy dresses i have to send for alteration, for this shop , no need. Only not that good is too pricey I felt for some of their items.

SSD had a sales event by Clara on Tiktok and I ordered a top while using the vouchers Tiktok provided. At the point of ordering, I saw there were still 8 of the sizes I wanted left and there was still stock after I ordered.
The next day, my ordered was cancelled and refunded because item was “out of stock”.
Firstly, if you don’t have sufficient stock, you shouldn’t be putting extra quantity on Tiktok shop. Secondly, when I reached out to chat with the seller on the platform, the sales representative just said “auto cancelled because oversold”. Inventory management should be done by sellers so not sure where this “auto-cancellation” came from. Neither did the sales rep provide a solution until I prompted it, which was a barely coherent: “we can join the backorder on our brand”. I assume you meant I can join the backorder on your shop’s website. Lowkey feels scammy since I can’t check out on the third party site and needed to be redirected to the original shop’s website.
Absolutely disappointing first time experience purchasing from SSD. Please train your sales representatives/staff better.

Been patronising SSD since 2021, always had a breeze shopping at plaza sing outlet., I never encountered any bad manners or rudeness from your staffs, until November this year. I usually buy 4-5pieces whenever I visit SSD as I’m from KL, and after confirming which pieces I want, like normal customers do, they ask for new pieces…. This time two of the girls just took the display piece and went to the back and pretended to check for new piece. Both came back to me in less than 30secs and said oh this is our last piece left. WOW really?? Ok, fine.. since I liked it so much, I took the last piece…my mood was ruined already by then and couldn’t be bothered. When I went away after purchasing and came back an hour later because my gut told me they always do have a new piece, they restored all the pieces with new SIZE M on the rack!! 👏 thank you for the past 4 years of nice clothes, I hate being lied to after being a regular customer for many years in many months… I will not support you guys anymore. Lazy & lying girls behind counter. Good luck to whoever hires them in future!

as with many reviews below, plaza sing outlet needs to have better customer service. went on a weekday afternoon, store was empty. 3-4 girls were chatting very loudly behind the counter. when i wanted to check out my items, they immediately looked at me with straight faces, as if mad that i interrupted their conversation. no greetings from them and zero intention to talk to me 😅
