What a disappointing visit! I was coming to search for sidianjin particularly a bangle where saw from other branch. The moment we enter the store the girl who served us was first tell us please do not eat inside the store as you might stain the floor, with this I totally understand but It would be great if she can tell us in a more polite manner since that’s the first impression that she present to client. After that we were even more shocked with her following approached. 1. We can only try it if we are buying since it’s hard to remove? ( aren’t you have a bigger size for me to visualise!) 2. we was informed cannot touch the gold since my hands has hold tori Q before but isn’t the bangle has a wrap on it? The fact is my hands is totally clean 😳 3. When my fiancé took out his phone was about to show her the piece that we saw from another branch, she was immediately says “No photos taking is allow”?! We were like have you even try to understand your client? What an incredibly disappointing experience—within just a 5-minute visit. I sincerely hope this feedback will draw the management’s attention to the importance of improving communication and service standards. Regardless of how well the gold business may be doing, long-term success is built on consistent, respectful customer interactions. I believe with the right training and awareness, the team can uphold a much higher standard of service moving forward.

They got good products and really nice designs. Elaine, Chloe, Asheley and Zames helped and assist me on my purchases. They are accomodating and give suggestion which one suites you. A must buy products, good quality and worth your penny!
