they are 3 of them ,they are friendly and helpful. very good in team work .I was here on 26/3/24 .7pm to 8pm.end up I spend $188 good job ,keep it up .thanks also help me sing up member ship.

Amazing customer service from slim spectacled guy, when I can't find the right shoes and was about to leave, he tried to find a suitable one for me based on my preference and it ended up fitting me like a glove!

Excellent service from all the staff. Went in late last month (Nov 2024) expecting to buy only 1 pair of Archfit shoes to replace my worn out ones. Ended up buying more. Super friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Best experience at a Sketchers store so far. TQ Kunnal and colleagues! You guys are the best.

The sales lady Zi Ying is really customer oriented. Went with my mum to view the shoes for hiking. Her recommendations are spot on and really understood the needs really well. She also explained the difference between the shoes from material to the soles for different activities. Despite us asking multiple questions, she was really nice to answer all the questions. Gotten 2 shoes from her due to her good service attitude.

Was at this shop on 24 Mar 2025, around 3.30 - 4pm. Wanted to drop a compliment for the trainee staff that assisted my friend and I, didn’t manage to get her name! Super helpful and extremely patient while we tried on different shoes and different sizes. We really appreciated her input as well while deliberating our choices. Thanks girl!!!
