It was my first time here. The receptionist, Shasha greeted nicely and explain to me the process for me as first timer. Then I was introduced to my therapist, Natalie. She was really nice and always prompt me before the next wax off. She consistently checking on me and really make sure she get every bit of hair. I can tolerate pain so this was really a breeze.

Purchased several packages from Strip Co-Ed at Harbourfront and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. Out of the 7 packages I bought, 3 were expired, which means I couldn't use them at all. This led to the forfeiture of those packages by the company, which is frustrating I would advise others to think twice before jumping into their special promotions. It might be more worthwhile to opt for the à la carte pricing instead. Additionally, I found it challenging to secure a booking after office hours, which adds to the inconvenience Overall, my experience has not met my expectations, and I hope they can improve their service in the future

I’ve been doing AFT treatments with Strip for a while now and I can say that it has been very effective for me! Benny is my go to therapist who is extremely knowledgeable and ensures a comfortable experience each visit. Today I was attended by Nur at the counter who was also very friendly and explained the use of some products I got. Excellent service & I highly recommend this outlet for your treatments!

Went because I heard it was good. Therapist has no consideration for my skin. Yes fast, quick, but whats it for if youre going to be so rough? Took an entire section off at one go (obviously it didnt work, she had to yank 4 times) and put me in a lot of distress. I was shocked to say the least when i saw THAT much wax put on me at one go. I understand that its her last shift, i was her last customer but doing that for sake of time saving is just terrible. She skimmed through with the tweezers, barely a minute spent and i had to return home to pluck the residual strands myself. I have gotten service like this when i paid 20 bucks, and here at 4 times the price, doing the same thing? Absolutely horrrible and I never want to get the same therapist ever again. As a result of this blatant yanking I have gotten lots of redness and inflammation of my follicles, which I dont get often. Other than that, Nur was friendly and welcoming, helpful as I was a firstimer at Strip. Because Ive heard so much about strip Im willing to try with a different therapist, will update in the future. =====update===== I tried with a different therapist and it was much better. Do try multiples times with different therapists to see who fits you
