I really liked this shop. Came back after a few years to buy a new swim suit. There was no customers so I asked the store lady to help me. "Dont like this design? Go see yourself".

When you seeing swimming trunk, having looking for the price and promoter keep chasing you. I did not taking out the swimming trunk, once I leave and the promoter immediately adjusting the trunk and showing black face. A chinese long hair lady promoter with bad attitude.

Due to the negative review about the staff, I was skeptical to visit here, but she helped me a lot to check the products what I needs. That was overall satisfied shopping experience.

The salesperson was the only person in the shop when we went on a Saturday afternoon. She's very helpful in helping us get the swimsuit in the suitable size for our daughter and also able to attend to all the customers one by one.

I would say this is the shop that you can find Arena items the most compared to Jewel Changi airport or Takashimaya. There are lot of choices to choose from for the swimmers. If you are looking only for Arena, this is the only place because i have been visiting few places to buy my daughters swimsuits.

I was quite skeptical to visit Sun Paradise outlet when I have read so many negative reviews about the staff. But, I still visited the outlet at Plaza Sing today since I need to get a swimsuit as a gift urgently. To my surprise, the two staff are friendly and they also assisted me to check if another outlet has the size that I want. They told me that I can come back to change the size if my friend is unable to wear it as long as I still have the receipt with me. Thank you for your great service.

Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service. I am a 34dd , small waist, big hips. I was looking for something simple just to enjoy the pool. They looked at me and said “nothing here your size” . I asked to look and try, one of the pieces I tried fit fine on bottom, but was super long on top. I asked if I could try a smaller and she said “nothing here big enough for you. Need anything else?” Like really? Absolutely horrified with this! Don’t even bother going
