Called in to check w/ regards to Click & Collect order && staff was super friendly and went out of the way to help me call and check with their office. As compared to their online agent whom just told me to contact the store directly although the issue was over on their online site…

A shout out to the staff in plaza sing who assisted with my watch! They were so helpful and even monitor it to see if it will drop out again. Previously at Vivo branch, they “fixed” it and dropped out after 5mins of walking. They told me it needed to be sent to the service Center, and yet plaza sing staff helped to fixed it without sending to the service Center. Thank you so much for your help, Plaza Sing employee! 🥰

I was very impressed by the after service of Swarovski staff at Plaza Singapura. I went there last Fri 28 March to fix my entangled necklace. I was attended by their friendly staff, Tricia and she fixed it in 10 minutes. Kudos to the service provided even though my necklace was bought years ago. Thank you Tricia for making my day 🙏
