I was just browsing the store and was attended by this sincere and friendly staff, Debby from The Body Shop Plaza Singapura branch. She truly lightens up my mood today, could feel that she is really there for her customers. If I need to stock up any of my stuffs, will be back for more!

On the last day of 2024, I had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful saleslady named Debby. She was incredibly patient and thorough in explaining the product I was interested in. Her warm and welcoming personality truly stood out and made the experience delightful. It was such a positive way to end the year—thank you, Debby! I look forward to seeing you again.

Today around 1.30pm, we visited the store and my wife pressed the refill sample beside the tryme conditioner. The staff was a bit rude with her words, when my wife said that she could have been polite, she did not seem to understand. Never visiting again.
