Unpleasant experience, should've trusted the bad reviews.
Staffs were and definitely still ARE, UNFRIENDLY and RUDE. Either giving the attitude or the dirty looks when approached.
I strongly DO NOT recommend going to this outlet unless you really want to ruin your day.
Hope the company sincerely does something about the kind of people they hire. Not happy don't work, don't put it out on your customers just because you hate your job lol 🙄

I went to the place, asked the staff with a nice tone which I was also sure was loud enough for her to hear to help me to open the glass frame. But she simply ignored me. I asked her once more but she still ignored me. What kind of attitude is that? When I decided to pay by cash, she sighed at me and gave me a bad look. I hope they can improve on their customer service

I bought some pins that had a promotion “Buy 3 get 1 free” and each pin had a price sticker for $4. When I paid, they increased the price to one for $6, 2 for $5, and last one free so it came out to same price of $16, not $12. That is dishonest and scammy business.

Most of the pokemon single, booster pack booster box is overpriced, i buy 3 pack terastal festival in the box and open 2 ace, I’m not sure it’s filter or what, but they didn’t mention it’s loose pack

Lousy customer service, one of the lady staff slammed my cards at the counter just because I was taking some time going through the cards at one of the lockers. Strongly do not recommend this outlet

the staff are really rude, when you ask them to help you open a locker, they'll either ignore you or say their busy. When they open the locker for you, they'll rush you to hurry up and choose what you want. The random official photo cards they sell are probably fakes since I couldn't find the pc in any template

Previously, I sold my inventory via Carousell but I happened to learn about Toy Outpost. Where you get to sell your collectibles/cards in a physical store for a decent price at a prime location.
I, personally, have been a merchant for the past 4-5 months and it has been positive so far. The staff have also been really accommodating and efficient.
Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to sell or clear their inventory.

This is a dangerous shop for card/toy collectors. It has a variety of cards/toys, and you would easily spend half an hour here. This shop may make you spend more than $100 on cards, so please control your spending
*Many reviews are saying the staff here are rude, but this is my 2nd time visiting, and the staff were all friendly to me. I even took more than 5 minutes to look through the cards, and the lady staff waited for me patiently. No complaints from me

Staffs were not that nice, but they will assist you of your concerns on locked cabinets. Maybe something to improve on their end.
