Caring team. I turn up on a wrong day for my appointment, the team took time to arrange last minute therapist for me so I don't waste a trip.

Friendly and experienced staff. Nice ambience, not too pushy on the salesy stuff. The therapist will check skin condition before proceeding with treatment, they will briefly inform what they will do, rather than simply go about the process in silence.

I'm glad that I found True harmony. All beautician and advisor are very well trained and professional. They have resolve my skin problems.They only recommend what is needed for you and not pushy with their package. Especially gratitude in putting extra miles for taking care of my skin and recommending their products for achieving my current flawless skin.

Good facial and not pushy. Love that the masseur is with you most of the time throughout the 2h facial rather than leave you to mask in the room. Massage on the face and shoulder is always a treat!
