If you're a connoisseur of thick, rich soups, this is undoubtedly your perfect destination. I particularly appreciate their signature collagen soup, which excels both as a comforting drink on its own and as a flavorful base for cooking. We opted for the original soup base, complemented by various combo platters including a meat combo, mushroom combo, and some fresh vegetables. A major bonus for soup lovers like myself is the complimentary soup top-up. Overall, it made for a thoroughly enjoyable meal. I'm also delighted that they now offer lunch sets, thoughtfully combining menu items into convenient, personal ramen portions – perfect for a quick, satisfying, and reasonably priced meal on the go.

Delighted to discover Tsukada Nojo at Plaza Singapura #03-81 famous for its Bijin Nabe, a super broth made from melted chicken collagen, the result of stewing chicken bones for over 8 hours. Not only is it delicious, it’s said to rebuild cells to create a youthful glow for health and beauty. The lunch was amazingly satisfying. It’s a hot pot with collagen broth. The ingredients are ordered separately. We like that the management makes a point to provide fresh organic vegetables that come from Malaysia. We enjoyed the vegetable combo ( S$20), a succulent array of seafood - scallops, prawns, fish and clams (Seafood combo $28), the beef combo ($28) and mushroom combo ($15). The quantities were generous and we ate till we were heartily full. For the noodles we were impressed with the Udon noodles ($5) which was so fresh it took just 15s to cook in the broth. The desserts were excellent. The Healthy Beet Sugar homemade egg pudding brought an instant smile to our faces. Equally delightful was the Yuzu Sherbet.

Had this long while back in the days at river valley daimaru building. No more come in sets. Soup is still as good but ordering for 4 with meat and veg can be pricy. They even charge you for condiment. Nevertheless, soup is definitely good and the meat quality is great. The rice rolls with different flavor is also filling. Food Quality A Quantity A Service B

It is a little restaurant hidden at the corner. There is some waiting time before my friends and I got a table. The staff will take our order first. We order the twin pot collagen original and spinach to try. We have added the vegetable combo, pork combo , fried tofu , ring roll and mochi noodle. The vegetable are fresh. The pork are tender which compliment the soup broth of collagen. They serve us complimentary dessert with their thank you.

My favorite chicken hot pot in Singapore !! (Also my favorite Japanese shabu shabu) We’ve been a long time customer since they first launch (only set meals) and come back to find out that now they have ala cart menu. Tried their black sesame soup and it is rich and aromatic. You can taste the black sesame!! Super nice to cook vegetable and mushrooms (which we ordered a lot apparently) High quality meat. I don’t need to mention the chicken as it’s their signature. Surprisingly we find the beef cuts are all super soft and flavorful 😋😋 Attentive service to my surprise. Staff approached us and told us that they requested a soup refill when they saw our soup level is a bit low. We will come back again 🫶

It has been many years since my last visit. It was around 5plus and there was no queue so we decided to have an early dinner. Glad to say the food still taste as good as i remembered. Ingredients were fresh and substantial amount given. The australian beef slices and chestnut pork slices were soft and tender. Goes really well with the condiments. Friendly and attentive service as well. The dinner ended with a simple yet sweet gesture.

The collagen soup was very flavourful and thick. Personally like thick soup hence this is the way to go. Came on a Friday night and waited for around 30-40 mins to get a seat.. condiment costs $1 per set. Total bill costed about $90 for 2 pax.

I've been a loyal customer of this plaza Singapore outlet since its opening 10 over years ago, and their flagship store has consistently impressed me with its good quality food. Over the years, they've maintained a very good standard, and the manager's warm hospitality makes the dining experience even more pleasant. I wholeheartedly recommend this spot for comfort food lovers - their chicken broth is outstanding, and the overall experience is superb. It's our go-to destination for a satisfying meal.

Lovely japanese restaurant serving wonderful collagen broth soup. Beef and pork is delicious and worth the pricing. Recommend the Mochi machine thick noodle. Staff is friendly and flexible in terms of condiments and sitting. Crowded for the dinner hour but definitely worth the wait. Gave us free dessert at the end of each meal. Will definitely visit again. Wunderbar! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
