I visited the Yamaha store @ Plaza Singapura. Was looking at book section and had some enquiries which Ms Yoke very kindly addressed (she also apologised to me for the slightly longer wait due to the customer infront of me!) . Very friendly and good service as expected from staff of Yamaha! Thank you!

plaza sing is their flagship branch, they have all the keyboards and digital pianos. i went there to try the yamaha CP88 stage piano. Their staff are great, they help me to fix the sustain pedal and turn it on. The only issue is that they don't have good speakers or least decent headphones for me to try on, as the CP88 has no internal speakers. i feel at least they should cater to customers who need to try high end pianos.

Huge thanks to John and Ivan! Their support was outstanding! From understanding our son’s musical needs to matching them perfectly with our budget. They were able to recommend a fantastic electric guitar and amplifier combo that didn’t break the bank, yet would still deliver impressive Yamaha sound quality. I visit Yamaha Plaza Singapura store frequently. Always well received by the friendly staff. Ms Chin Yoke never fails to check items for me and worked quickly so that her customers don't have to wait long. Ms Lai Kuan brings a positive vibe and support to the store. Very pleasant experience in the spacious and neat store.
