I really highly do not recommend going to them at all. Customer service is very poor, unresponsive and worst of all. Hard sell. They will treat you very nice when they are trying to sell you their service, even treatment was very good. When you decide not to continue buying package from them, subsequent service is so bad. My last treatment, I left the shop with my hair still quite wet. I still have treatments left with them, never bother to follow up, never bother to reply my message. So disappointed with them and the treatment is not even cheap in the first place. Avoid at all cause

Disappointed... I came ask for refund, they told me is already refund within 1 to 2 week.. i have not yet received my refund.. told me to check bank side?? I been checking with the bank and my officer told me they never receive anything, why so difficult?? Why cant you just pay me back by using paynow or cash... Make me wait for my refund for so long and say is not your problem anymore is bank problem??? But your the one who took my bank details ask me to sign .. until now 1 to 2 week still not received my refund... Keep saying the finance side has already make the refund?? I ask for the provel that the transaction is already make so i can show to my bank ... But they say cannot do that??? such ashame, Never in my life facing this refund for so long .. NOT RECOMMENDED They only know how to take ur money and say need to do this and that, so fast want customer money to pay .. but when it come to refunds took so long to give back my money?? Disgusted and never coming back ..

I didn’t have a pleasant experience at the Yun Nam outlet in PS. I visited in October 2024 for the $28 trial session and was attended by Amy. Right from the start, she brought me into a room and spent about 30 minutes analyzing my scalp while trying to sell me a package, even before I had a chance to try the treatment. This made me uncomfortable, as I felt it was unreasonable to push for a sale before I could even assess whether I liked the treatment or her service. She seemed unhappy with my response, but since I was a new customer, she proceeded with the trial treatment. After the session, she brought me back into the room and continued the sales pitch for almost two hours. I declined the hair growth package—it was expensive, and more importantly, I didn’t enjoy the treatment. Then, another colleague joined in to try and persuade me further while Amy attended to another customer who had been waiting nearly an hour. I overheard that the customer was upset due to the long wait. Eventually, I was pressured into signing up for four more sessions with Amy. I’ve only recently gone back to use them up. Today was supposed to be my third session, but she claimed it was my fourth, counting the initial trial, and again tried to upsell me. I declined, as I genuinely don’t appreciate her sales tactics. I feel that she hasn't been honest, and her service lacks sincerity and genuine care.

I had the opportunity to experience a scalp treatment, and I must say, the herbal scent was incredibly soothing. At the same time, the treatment provided a deep cleanse, which is especially beneficial for those with scalp concerns. The therapist also took the time to explain how to properly care for the scalp at home. However, do be prepared for some hard-selling during the session. Overall, I appreciate their effort and the care provided.

Received a Free Trial for Hair Treatment & took some time to go and see for myself. Was treated with care and was shocked after Amy scanned my scalp and showed me all the clogging & the strength and growth of my hair. Such a lovely person and would definitely get back when I can! Super informative and top service ❤️ Shirley did amazing as well🥹
