I had a wonderful experience with KJ Optometrist. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and well cared for. They were extremely knowledgeable, taking the time to explain every part of the eye exam and answer all of my questions clearly and patiently.
What stood out most was their professionalism and attention to detail. I felt confident that I was receiving expert care tailored to my needs. The recommendations for my prescription and eyewear were spot-on, and I left with better vision and a better understanding of my eye health. They used Zeiss lenses, which is one of the best lenses, if not the best lenses.
After checking them out myself, I brought my parents, and even recommended my wife and parents-in-law. Now my whole family visits KJ Optometrist. I highly recommend KJ Optometrist to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy optometrist. You’ll be in excellent hands!

Have been a loyal KJ optometrists customer for years, this upgrade to a Zeiss vision center is truly an eye opener. Best customer experience I ever had during the eye assessment process where details of Zeiss lens are meticulously explained to me: I love the frames that are offered in the shop, especially those with tortoise shell patterns. Big shout out to Fengyuan and uncle Kaihung - thank you for the great service and advice given!

I had an amazing experience with Kai Hung at KJ Optometrists. From scheduling the appointment to the follow-up, everything was smooth. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful with insurance. Kai Hung performed a thorough eye exam and even caught a minor issue I didn’t know I had. He explained all my options clearly and helped me choose the right lenses. I’ve never seen this well in my life. Highly recommend!

After attending their opening event, I had my eye check at the new Zeiss Vision Centre at Plaza Singapore. Having worn glasses for 55 years, I was blown away. The latest Zeiss tools offer a spectacular, eye-opening experience, going far beyond a simple prescription check. This place is on a whole different level compared to your regular spectacle shop. From the moment I walked in, I could tell they take eye care seriously — not just about selling glasses.
They have super advanced equipment like the Clarus 500 retinal scanner, which you definitely won’t find at your typical optical store. The scan gave such a clear and detailed image of my eye, and the optometrist patiently explained everything to me in a way I could easily understand. It felt more like a proper eye health check-up than just a routine test.
The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel really comfortable throughout. The space was modern, clean, and well-organised — everything just felt very professional.
If you care about your eye health and want more than just a quick vision test, I’d 100% recommend coming here. It’s eye care done right!

If you’re looking for an Optometrist with State-of-the-art eye testing equipments, Zeiss Vision Center will be the one you’re looking for. I made my spectacles with them and I love the quality of my Carl Zeiss lenses. Not to mention the range of beautiful frames that they carry. Mr Lee and his team are the best and most knowledgeable in the industry.

Had an awesome experience! My first time wearing glasses and I have no idea what to expect. Staff are friendly and made me feel warm welcome. Kai Hung is very knowledgeable and took time to explain and share with me about my eye sight progression issues due to age and not only did he advised what I needed for my vision, and also considerations for my budget! I'm grateful for their kind service and assurance they provided me during my visit and will definitely share with my friends and family to check them out!
