Beauty Sales Manager (AsterSpring)

• As a Beauty Sales Manager, you’ll be the key leader at our Skin Care Center in driving sales, shaping the customer journey and inspiring your team to deliver exceptional service. You’ll lead by example, turning client interactions into long-term relationships while guiding therapists to grow their sales and service confidence.
• Lead front-of-house experience, ensuring every client feels welcomed and cared for.
• Conduct consultations and recommend personalised products/packages.
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve daily sales and service targets.
• Oversee front desk operations, appointments and stock displays.
• Partner with the Centre Manager on promotions, campaigns and performance tracking.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in premium beauty retail, client service or sales leadership.
• Proven sales track record with strong consultative selling skills.
• Passion for skin health and results-driven skincare.
• Strong people skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team.
• Organised, proactive, and confident in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
• Beauty certifications (CIDESCO, CIBTAC, etc.) are an advantage.
