Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Store performance and monitoring
- Monitor and analyse performance data and make any necessary adjustments to drive commercial success within assigned store area
- Allocate resources and organize processes within assigned area to drive efficiency and productivity in a variety of situations
- Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance
Self/team management: People development
- Lead team to meet or exceed customer expectations at all times
- Use advanced Category expertise to drive sales and customer loyalty in assigned area
Self/team management: Training
- Coach and motivate individuals within assigned area to maximize their performance
- Support the recruitment, on boarding and training of store team members
- Guide and train all team members within assigned area on Foundational and Seasonal Brand and product knowledge
Store management – Merchandising
- Coordinate team members to consistently execute and maintain established Visual Merchandising and In-Store Communication standards in assigned area
Store management – Operations
- Manage merchandise delivery processing on the same day it arrives
- Keep an organized stockroom and direct sales floor replenishment to ensure assigned areas and/or the entire store’s complete product offer is immediately available and easily accessible to customers in a consistent basis
- Execute all applicable loss prevention procedures
- Maintain a safe and productive shopping and working environment
Customer Service
- Be a role model for customer service and meeting or exceeding customers’ expectations
- Supervise and coordinate the team to ensure all customers receive an optimal service level at all times
Any other duties which may assign to you from time to time
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): customer service, communication, good leadership
- Preferably Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
