Job Summary

Join Balabala as a full-time store assistant to deliver excellent customer service, support daily store operations, and contribute to a welcoming shopping environment at Plaza Singapura or VivoCity.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and respond to their needs to enhance their shopping experience
• Recommend children’s clothing outfits confidently by sharing accurate product information to assist customer choices
• Organize and maintain store displays to ensure a neat, attractive, and inviting retail environment
• Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently to support smooth daily transactions
• Collaborate with team members to create a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere for customers and families
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends and public holidays to meet store operational needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Ability to work 5 days a week, including weekends and public holidays, to support store coverage
