Supply Chain Executive (Food / Non-food Procurement)

Responsibilities

• Handle procurement activities including sourcing, purchase order issuance, price negotiations, raw material evaluation and general procurement administration
• Support food tasting sessions and participate in R&D workshops
• Align with other departments to launch new menus and ensure uninterrupted supply of raw materials
• Liaise with vendors to build a mutually beneficial business relationship
• Ensure product quality meeting the required standards
• Maintain data in ERP system
• General store support on picking and packing, or other supply chain related matters
• Key communication window to designated business units, working close with brand and operations

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years of working experience in supply chain, procurement or food & beverage R&D (experience in food related industries would be an added advantage)
• Detail-oriented with good numeric sense
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Resourceful and quick thinking to respond to situations
• Proficient in MS office applications
