Working Arrangement & Salary

• Employment Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (All are welcome)

• Working Hours:

  • Full-Time: 6-day work week

  • Day Shift: Weekdays 7 hours, Weekends 8–10 hours

• Salary:

  • Basic $1,800 – $2,200

  • Overtime Pay + Sales Commission

  • $300 Disciplinary Allowance

• Off-in-Lieu provided for work on public holidays

Job Responsibilities

• Perform retail sales duties in department stores and specialty outlets.

• Handle outlet opening and closing shift responsibilities.

• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.

• Maintain proper merchandise display and accurate price tagging.

• Assist customers with after-sales services, including exchanges, refunds, and repairs.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable luggage products accordingly.

• Replenish stock and support stock-taking activities.

• Carry out daily administrative and operational tasks.

• Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and retail standards.

• Provide constructive feedback and operational updates to the retail supervisor.

• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Retail sales experience is mandatory; experience in luggage sales is an advantage.

• Training will be provided.

• Confident, independent, and customer-oriented.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

• Physically able to fulfil standing duties and extended retail shifts.
