Not sure about the low rating but always have a great time dining here. 23May2025, Back twice since last visit, had the fish balls mee pok dry, it was fresh, freshly prepared and tasty as usual. Came at 11am and wasn’t crowded. Able to pay by credit card. Fabulous. I really enjoyed my mixed fish balls dried noodles, fresh and tasty. Nothing to fault really. Definitely will be back. (Less noodles as I asked for it) The meat ball was really good.

Food was decent and served fast. Laksa broth is thick and the fish ball is really good too. However their bone broth/soup is tasteless, it felt like drinking water. Pork ribs could be braised longer for a more soft texture.

Came early in the morning for breakfast on Sunday. Ordered the laksa with yellow noodle and the signature fishball noodle set. Swap the fish cake in the set to Tau Kee and it is nice and crisp! Laksa broth is just nice and the fishball mee pok tastes good. Ladies at the cashier is friendly too. Will come again to try on other noodles!

Their signature fishball is one of the best I had so far, it was soft, bouncy and so fresh. Their soup was very flavourful and I can say it tastes better than some of the famous ones in sg. We went back again the following week to try out their minced meat noodles which was not bad but we still prefer their signature fishball noodles. Oh and their ice coffee is also great 😃👍🏻 .

Would rate this 3.5 star. Not a bad bowl of their signature fishball noodles, where the chili paste added more taste to the noodles. Fish balls were very soft.

Classic Singapore Fishball Noodles! Nothing beats a good hearty bowl of minced meat noodles and 85 Redhill delivers exactly that. Noodles blanched for that perfect texture topped with delicious minced meat, meatballs, mushrooms and of course the hints of crispy pork lard! This outlet has a few enough seats and is clean. Good service and the price is on point at $5. Great option if you want to avoid the crowded food court.

Was out for a meeting nearby, saw there's available seating. Quickly ordered a signature set with a tea! Little place was fully packed! There are locals & foreigners alike - enjoying a simple fare - fishball noodles! Fishballs were QQ.... Noodles were cooked slight al-dente. Satisfying quick meal! Table wasn't too clean tho.

Rude staff. I ordered noodles without chilli for my toddler. It was served with chilli. I told the auntie I said no chilli and she rudely snapped at me say didn’t hear, and refused to replace it. I didn’t want to deal with such crude people so I didn’t insist, brought the noodles home and has to wash out the chilli with water. Never patronised this joint or other branches again.
