I bought citywalk ($139) shoes from Bugis aldo and when I go back I see there was some stitc problem, I go back to change there was no stock at Bugis. Lady was nice ask me” if it ok to change at plaza sing..” I say ok and go plaza sing Go there lady ask me about problem of shoe. I show her the stitching problem she say she can cut and fix, I like “nooo” . Then there was other shoes that keep on table most probably cos of Bugis shop call. When I check on white area on the base there was colour spray or something, I show to her she check and Say it is little dirty and can wipe off, I say ok , she try from cloth but as I know it’s not dirt, then I look at her she ask sit for while, but I say I just look at other shoes. She try hard , then use white colour thing to scratch it. I like hmm…. Then she ask me ok? Sins it bottom of shoes it obviously get dirty so I take it and go home. 1. Why can’t you change other shoes and do cleaning after customer left?

I was trying shoes at the shop. I was very indecisive because I like a pair of shoes but didn’t like the color combination. The manager was super helpful and nice. When I finally decided not to buy, she was still very nice. The retail manager was very courteous.

Staff are rude and dishonest. Staff will overpolish shoes so that critical imperfections like cuts on leather shoes are less obvious. When I mentioned the cut, staff tried to pressure me to buy it saying I was too fussy. Always check your shoes carefully if buying from here, if shoes look freshly polished, check even more thoroughly. (If leather has a cut it will peel very quickly and your shoes will look awful)

I had a frustrating experience at this store, primarily due to one staff member, Kate. She seemed distracted and, unfortunately, quite rude when she spoke. Howling her catchphrase, "One customer at a time," seemed to be her answer to everything, while she wandered aimlessly around the store. It was especially frustrating as she would interrupt when not needed and act too busy when assistance was actually required. Fortunately, Xin Ya (I believe that was her name) stepped in and provided excellent service. She was polite, attentive, and was able to help me find what I needed quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with Lyana. The assistant store manager. She was not only attentive and helpful, but also offered thoughtful and practical advice when I was selecting a pair of shoes to match my outfit. She truly took the time to understand what I needed and helped me make a confident decision. Her professionalism and warm attitude made my shopping experience a pleasant one. Lyana is definitely a blessing to the store — the kind of team member who makes a customer's day.
